Exquisite! I absolutely love the fusion of British and Jamaican pastries. Being English and having travelled to Jamaica eating Jamaican cuisine, it was surreal to taste the two cultures combined in one mouthful: the unique textures, explosive flavours.  It was a real treat.

I am a traveller, a rum connoisseur! I especially love Jamaican rum, it’s weird I’ve never heard of rum cake, it was a pleasant surprise.  The signature BMS Cake comes in a variety of flavours in different strengths: brilliant, I can have a booze-up with my mates on Saturday night, and Sunday tea with my mum lol!  Many thanks

I ordered a personalised engagement cake for my daughter.  I wasn’t sure of the design I wanted so one of the pastry chefs went through everything with me in detail.  I was amazed with the flavours and the attention to detail, a work of art.  Many thanks Rachel, we look forward to seeing the wedding cake.
